Choose your rug shape and size below, then upload your design or reference files. Make sure to measure your space carefully to ensure your new rug fits perfectly. If you're unsure about any details, don’t worry—we’re here to help you refine your ideas!

2 Receive a Professional Rug Design Preview

Floorcandy will create a professional design preview of your custom rug to help bring your vision to life. A non-refundable $20 design deposit ensures the highest quality and care in crafting your personalized preview. The best part? This is credited toward your final total when you approve the preview.

3 Review Your Rug Preview

We’ll send your preview via email once your design is ready (usually within 24h). This gives you a clear idea of how your custom rug will look. Minor adjustments are included, and we’ll confirm the final total price of your rug together, based on your design's complexity, like extra colors or intricate details.

4 Approve & Finalize Your Order

After approving your rug preview, and the final price of your rug, the remaining balance will be charged to your original payment method. Once payment is complete, production begins!

5 Receive Your Sweet Custom Rug!

We’ll keep you updated throughout the production process. Usually 3-5 days to make and send. Your unique rug will be handcrafted and delivered to your door, shipping is included in your price.
