Where are your rugs made?
Our rugs are proudly handcrafted in the USA. While some materials are responsibly sourced globally, the design, creation, tufting, finishing is done in the USA.
How long does it take to receive my custom rug?
For in-stock rugs, allow up to 24 hours to process your order, for Made-to-Order rugs, 1-5 days to create the rug, then usually 1 to 5 days to ship to you. For custom ordered rugs, production times vary depending on the complexity of your rug design, but most orders are completed and shipped within 1-2 weeks after approval.
Can I return or exchange my rug?
We offer stress-free returns within 7 days of delivery for damaged products via shipping. See Policy
What materials are used in your rugs?
We use high-quality, durable yarns and fabrics to ensure our rugs are soft, vibrant, and long-lasting. Backing materials are selected for durability and anti-slip properties. For now we use acrylic yarn when tufting our rugs, wool is available upon request, it is significantly more expensive, however.
Do you offer custom shapes and sizes?
Yes! We can create rugs in custom shapes and sizes to fit your space perfectly, right now our studio can produce rugs up to 56" x 46". Simply provide your design or description, and we'll work with you to make it happen.
How do I clean my FloorCandy rug?
Cleaning is simple! Vacuum regularly, spot clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent, and avoid soaking the rug. For deeper cleaning, professional rug cleaning is recommended.
Can I see a proof of my custom rug before it's made?
Absolutely! We provide a digital proof for your approval before starting production. No surprises—just the rug you envisioned.
